Cross Keys Homes required a refreshed financial report brochure that communicated complex data in a clear, accessible, and visually engaging format. The goal was to present financial projections for 2024-2027 while ensuring the design was in line with the organisation’s established brand.

The new design incorporated Cross Keys Homes’ branding elements, focusing on simplicity and clarity. A grid-based layout was used to organise data into digestible sections, while custom-designed infographics, including bar charts and pie graphs, helped translate the financial data into actionable insights. The typography adhered to brand guidelines, with careful attention to hierarchy and readability.

The result was a modern, professional brochure that reinforced Cross Keys Homes’ brand identity while making the financial data more accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.
